Pelican Pointe Townhomes are part of a group of communities conceived of by the Denver developer Koelbel and Company.  The other communities are The Breakers and The Lighthouse.

The Breakers is a gated resort community where the sizes and models vary between the six different villages and residents lease there units.  The Breakers main focal point is the scenic 60-acre lake and marina encircled by a lighted, paved jogging and walking path.  A 26,000 sq. ft. recreation center with full-size athletic club, a pool and spa are also available to the residents.

The Lighthouse is a gated community of 151 single family owned homes which shares the ammenities of The Breakers.  The Lighthouse has its own community club house and pool.

Pelican Pointe was built by a sister company of Koelbel called Colonnade Homes.  These attached townhomes are individually owned and governed covenants.  "Pelican Pointe at The Breakers has the privacy and serenity of a resort with central metropolitan location and convenience.
